 About Me

Hi, I am Steven Glassman. A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a Health Coach. It has been a goal of mine for years to have health a priority and want to help others. Growing up and to this day I have always been active through sports and fitness which helped plant core values to have health as a priority. I also envisioned becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist which became a reality after passing the National Dietetics examination in March of 2021. I am here wanting to pass on my knowledge and years of experience to those looking for guidance along their journey towards health no matter the reason. Whether it is weight management related, health-related, or wanting to change current eating habits. It is my goal to give you a better understanding of the benefits healthy eating can do for your overall health! I am here as your coach/mentor and foodie guru along your journey!
